Derived from brick itself—a material connected to foundations, permanence, and the places we call home—Red Brick Dust has often been sprinkled across thresholds, around property lines, and at entrances as part of protective workings. It may also be incorporated into charm bags, protection jars, floor washes, and devotional practices centered upon safeguarding one's space.

Traditionally, the act of grinding the brick itself was sometimes considered part of the work, transforming an ordinary building material into something prepared with intention and purpose.
