Refund policy

Overview

All sales are final unless otherwise stated below. Due to the digital, handmade and/or spiritual/energetic nature of our offerings, refunds are extremely limited.

All digital products are non-refundable. Once delivered or accessed, digital items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

All readings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice or failure to attend your scheduled session will result in forfeiture of payment. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

All ritual and spellwork is non-refundable. Because ritual services are performed specifically for you and cannot be undone, no refunds will be issued once work has begun which includes preparation of any materials. Clients receive documentation such as photos or written reports, where applicable, after work is completed. No physical remains will be shipped.

Physical, metaphysical products are refunded only if an item arrives damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

To request a refund for a damaged item:
You must email within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Normal wear
  • Variations in natural materials
  • Carrier Delays
  • Opened or used products
  • Energetic dissatisfaction
  • Lost or stolen packages marked delivered
  • Allergies reactions or sensitivities

No refunds will be issued based on perceived results, lack of results, or subjective experience. 

Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredients list. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Due to the natural and handmade nature of products, variations in color, size, and appearance are normal and not grounds for refund. All product dimensions are provided where applicable. Please review measurements prior to purchase. 

Processing times are separate from shipping times. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

Products must be unused and in original condition if a return is approved. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If a return is approved, the client must ship the item(s) back at their own expense and secure tracking. We do not provide prepaid return labels under any circumstance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued after the item(s) has been received and inspected. Items that show sign of use, alteration or damage not caused during transit will not qualify for a refund. Once the return is received and approved, refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If a refund is approved, and it has been more than 15 business days since we’ve received your return, please contact us at hello@whitetabletarot.com. Provide your order number and tracking number in your email. 

Exchanges
No exchanges are allowed. 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
