Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated. Pre-orders ship as soon as the product is available.
Custom made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other available carriers.
All physical orders are sent with tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping time depends on your selected method and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders over $100 within the United States.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
Due to the natural and handmade nature of many of our products, weights and shipping costs may vary slightly.
