The Proof is in the Practice

There’s an old saying: The proof is in the pudding.

After three decades of walking this path as a student, through motherhood and someday elder, to initiations, travel, and the daily discipline of spiritual practice, I can say with certainty that wisdom comes from living the work.

In the photo, you might notice a well-worn copy of Ask and It Is Given. That book is one of several hundred that have traveled with me through many seasons of life, from the early days of spiritual awakening to now, where it sits with my other books as a reminder that growth begins in consciousness.

You’ll also see an old photo of one of my tronos, a sacred space I once kept, dedicated to the Orishas. Every tool, every prayer, every candle has a story, a lineage. My journey has always been about honoring where Spirit leads while carrying forward what is real, effective, and rooted in love.

That baby in my belly is now a full adult. That alone reminds me how long I’ve been at this and how deeply these practices have been lived. I’ve done this work long enough to see what transforms.

My path has taken me through African Traditional Religion and shamanic indigenous practices (both cultural inheritance) and more recently, Hermetic initiation along with the living wisdom of my life practice. I am guided by earth wisdom, ancestral connection, and the quiet language of Spirit that speaks through me. 

This integration of traditions is the foundation of everything I teach and offer through White Table Tarot and Abundant Woman Coach. It’s how I help others step into wholeness, whether through wisdom teachings, tarot, energy activation, or ritual work.

All Is Energy

People ask how I blend systems together. The answer is simple: I don’t have to. While it is blended within me, Energy is universal. Wisdom is one.

I’ve just learned to listen across my inherited traditions and my newer path explorations. To hear what is said in every situation. My work is to bring that awareness forward in a way that helps you move from struggle into flow, from disconnection into divine alignment.

The Work Speaks for Itself
